The El Dorado County Mineral and Gem Society holds a
General Membership Meeting
on the
third Tuesday
of each month (except July and December when *special
meetings are held).
General meetings are held at the
Senior Citizens Center,
937 Spring Street, Placerville, and
begin at 7:00 p.m. Visitors are always welcome to
attend.
In addition to discussing club business and upcoming
events,
meetings include a presentation. Our
Monthly
Program
includes presentations by our talented members
and guests active in the hobby. We also present slide shows and video
programs about rocks and minerals.
Our general membership meetings are open to the public. Come by to meet us, enjoy the presentation, tell us about your
interests and join us for
some wonderful refreshments during our meeting

*We have two Special Meetings per year for members and their
families: in July we have a picnic, and in December we have the installation of our officers
and a dinner.
